Shipping & Returns

  • Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. All packages will come via USPS or UPS and are shipped Monday through Friday. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number that will serve as your point of reference while waiting on your purchase.

    If your order has been marked as “delivered” and you have not received your package, please contact the United States Postal Service or UPS for further information regarding the location or status of your delivery.

    As we are shipping fragile items, we understand that your purchase may be damaged in transit. If you receive damaged goods, please go to our “contact us” page and send us a message. You can also email us at bl.wherertistryvines@gmail.com We will return your letter ASAP to resolve the issue.

  • At this time, we unfortunately do not ship products internationally.

    If you would like to return or exchange an item, please email us at bl.whereristryvines@gmail.com. Please include a photo or video of the item as well as a short description or explanation for your request to return or exchange the item. All Bazi-Le Floral Gazers are one of kind, so unfortunately we will not able to exactly replace a specific piece. We will work to provide a resolution to any pending issues within reason.

    Bazi-Le has the right to refuse any request to return or exchange an item.
